Sample Purpose Essay #1.

Everyone has a purpose in life, believe it or not we were all put on this world to do great things.  The definition of purpose is the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.  There are people with strong purposes in my life, for example my older sister.  Her purpose in life is to look after my nephew, who has cerebral palsy, and maintain her happiness.  Although I might be young, I definitely know what my purpose in life is.

My definition of purpose is something you do that makes you happy and helps you feel like you deserve to be here.  Having a purpose, no matter what it is, should be special to you and make you feel happy.  I completely know how it feels to wonder and not be sure what your purpose is or why you’re here.  It can be hard, but once you do find it, it’s the best feeling ever.

Music is a really big part of my life, so I’ve decided my purpose is to create music for others.  I want to inspire others, and encourage others to believe in themselves.  I also want to save people by music.  Music has saved me from tough times, so I want to do the same for others.  I also really love writing poetry, so that can be included in my lyrics.

People can know that music and inspiring others is my purpose because I love music and making others happy.  I’m always listening to music and music is something I cannot live without.  I also play guitar and sing.  Another way that people can know is that I hate seeing the people I love sad.  I’m always the one person people turn to, because I’m an understanding person.  I love cheering up others and seeing everyone happy.

In conclusion, I feel strongly about my purpose and believe that’ll happen someday.  It makes me so happy and proud of myself when I do things that inspire my purpose even more.  Having a purpose helps me stay positive through times where I feel as I don’t belong.  It also makes me feel strong and that I can do anything I put my mind to.

Sample Purpose Essay #2.

Born To Aid Others

"The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and, will to help others", said Albert Schweitzer. There are people in life who believe our purpose is to find happiness but, everything done in life is a mutual relationship that benefits others and ourselves. From the beginning we start to enjoy doing a certain hobby but that hobby can someday either help others by motivating, guiding, challenging, entertaining or, healing them. According to these purposes and many others, I believe I was made to entertain, inspire creativity and guide others.

Indeed, As stated I think the definition of purpose means reason to do something,

like when you say what's your purpose for choosing a certain career, and you states your reasons. This is why I strongly am convinced that I was made to guide and entertain others because, having a strong passion for art and broadway plays, I believe they can not only entertain but, guide or inspire you into doing something. A purpose of doing something can lead you into realizing what you want to grow up to be, as you recognize what you like to do.

Certainly, I enjoy a group of people having a great time and I love to inspire creativity to people who want to follow their dreams and settle on being motivated to do it. As i am starting to grow up and move on to pursuing my goals of being an artist. I think my sense of purpose is to help others by guiding them, for them to be inspired by my painting. For Example, The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost, inspired people to choose the path that was less taken and be unique.

Furthermore, Others would realize what my purpose in life is by knowing what my career and life goals are or, who i admire to be one day. I admire to be like Steve Jobs because, I believe without mistakes you can never grow to be an exemplary person and, even though Steve Jobs failed many times he became one of the most successful men in our generation. Namely, I think I will be able to help others by inspiring them because, Vincent Van Gogh inspired many in his time to become active artist and he influenced many of today's artist with his creative work.

In Conclusion, I truly believe as purpose means reason to do something, my sense of purpose is to help guide others in life and, as an artist to also entertain others, making them smile even in the worst moment. Many other people also should see their sense of purpose and even are inspired to find their purpose. We should all remember that happiness is a side affect of who you are to become. As Albert Schweitzer once said, "The only ones among you who will be really happy are those who will have sought and found hot to serve".
