About
Welcome to the District and School-Wide Implementation Project!
We know that educators are busy people, and that finding the right lesson for your class can be challenging. That’s why we created the District and School-Wide Implementation Project!
The goal of this project is to provide easily-accessible SECD lessons sorted by grade, social-emotional skill, and character virtue. These lessons come from evidence-based curricula that have been hand-selected by our team here at The SECD Lab.
See below for information about the lessons (more information about the sorting system can be found in Lesson Materials below).

Miscellaneous Lessons
This folder contains materials that address additional areas of SECD instruction. These resources are in a separate tab because they are not lessons in a typical lesson-plan format. However, they may be useful to incorporate into classroom activities or to involve the larger community. They are organized into the following subfolders:
This folder contains materials from the Social Decision Making curriculum that provide guidance on how to integrate SEL into various subject areas, including Social Studies and Literature
This folder contains lessons and activities that help teachers foster a positive culture and climate in the classroom
This folder contains materials for supplemental lessons from Operation Respect, Open Circle sample lessons, and Open Circle Literature Connections to SEL
